Hi! I'm Maria Mortimer - ITEC FHT - founder and therapist at Norwich Massage Company...
After spending six years working for and being inpired by some wondeful complementary health therapists at one of Norfolks leading Natural Health Clinics, I took the leap to retrain in Massage and create Norwich Massage Company in 2015.
My inspiration was to create a peaceful and supportive massage practice to help guide clients through the stressors and strains of modern life. I truely belive self care is the opposite of selfish, and if we tune in to what our bodies are telling us and lean to a more nourishing and restorative way of living - we can live in a more enjoyable and stress free state.
