The clocks have changed, it’s dark at 4:30pm and the heating is on. Winter has arrived.

We are often a product of the seasons and winter can tend to see us retreating under a blanket and suddenly noticing little niggles more such as dry skin and aching muscles.

As we get less and less sunshine and fresh air as the cold rolls in, it’s crucial we look after ourselves - and winter is the perfect time to invest more in our self care routine. Hopefully helping us to emerge energised and butterfly like come spring!

Massage is a wonderful tool to try and help combat a wide range of issues that crop up in the colder seasons, from aches and pains, arthritis and even coughs and colds.
